In my last pod I talked about raising your vibration and harnessing the power of love to raise your vibes. I thought it was best to also bring to your attention the importance of being grounded. Without grounding we can feel spaced out, clumsy, forgetful, light-headed and fuzzy. Our sleep patterns can be affected and our appetite. We can feel out of sorts and completely disconnected from the physical world. It is not a nice feeling.

In this pod I talk to you about this concept and also share some tips and ideas about how to ground and centre your energy. From walking in nature to using crystals. I have highlighted 4 useful grounding crystals which you can use to help with grounding and I have also recorded a lovely guided meditation for you which aims to get you to reconnect with your body.
