Love every bit conscious choices

You are more magnificent than you realise. The negative things you believe about yourself are not true. It’s time to make three new choices and start owning your innate wholeness, worth, value, and magnificence in an entirely new way.

You weren’t born thinking and believing anything other than trusting the world around you to support you and take care of all your needs. That’s what you experienced in the womb, and you arrived on the planet with the same expectation; So what changed?

  • At what point did you start to compare yourself?
  • When did you start worrying about what other people thought about you?
  • How old were you when you first started to doubt yourself?
  • What happened in your life that created fear and doubt that you were enough?

Your answers to these questions will be uniquely yours, dependent on your upbringing and childhood experience. There is no right or wrong, and no good or bad. Your experience, and the subsequent thoughts beliefs and behaviours, are uniquely yours in their specific detail. At the same time they are universal in the overall result. Somewhere within you is the ‘I’m not enough’ thought, expressing in its own unique way.

You weren’t born with it, you learned it. The good news is that you can un-learn it, if you choose.
